Authentic Mexican Dishes
You've probably tried fajitas and chimichangas before, but you have never tried anything as fresh and authentic as the dishes we serve at El Maya. We make all of our dishes from scratch using authentic Mexican ingredients, including our famous guacamole and our tasty mole sauce, which is a dark and spicy chocolate sauce from Southern Mexico. Our chimichangas come smothered in red sauce or cheese sauce, and most of our dishes come with rice, beans, and fresh vegetables. |
